section 171은 뭐고 저보고 뭘하라는건지

secretary 를 선임하라는 말같은데...

제가 여기서 뭘 어떻게 해야 하나요??

REMINDER TO APPOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

1. Our records show that the time for appointing a company secretary for your company will be due on 13/07/2009.

2. Under section 171 of the Companies Act, every company shall have one or more secretaries each of whom shall be a natural person who has his principal or only place of residence in Singapore. The office of secretary shall not be left vacant for more than 6 months at any one time.

3. If you will be able to comply with section 171 of the Companies Act, thank you for doing so.<!--"
